Shelfieby Budget Pro

For pharmacies

Know what is on the shelf, and when it expires

A pharmacy loses money twice: on stock that expires and on stock that walks. Shelfie keeps each batch with its date and every movement with a name.

Expiry dates you can act on

Each batch with its expiry date, and a list of what expires in the next 7, 14 or 30 days.

  • Markdowns with a printed label to sell short-dated stock while it can still be sold.
  • First to expire, first to sell, when you switch it on.
  • Expired stock is written off with its reason, so the loss is counted.

Counts that explain themselves

Count the shelves on the phone or the computer. Every difference is posted with its reason, and the stock movement audit shows who moved what.

The right keys for each person

A cashier sells, a stock keeper receives and counts, and buying prices stay with the people you choose. A PIN locks the phone at the counter.

Reorder before you run out

A minimum for each product and a reorder list with the quantity to buy, from how fast it sells.
