Staff
Give every person the right keys
Each member of staff signs in with their own login, on their own phone or the shop’s computer. Their role decides what they can do and see, and every sale, void, payment and stock change records who made it.
Six roles to start from
You can change what any role may do.
- Owner: everything, including billing, the team and settings.
- Manager: sells, gives discounts, voids, refunds, receives and corrects stock, sees costs, profit and reports.
- Cashier: sells and takes returns.
- Stock keeper: receives, counts and corrects stock, and manages products.
- Accountant: sees costs, profit, reports and the money records.
- Viewer: reads the reports, nothing more.
Your margins stay yours
Buying prices and profit show only to the roles you allow. A cashier sees the selling price and the till, not what you paid.
A PIN on every shop phone
The app asks for its PIN whenever it has been left for a couple of minutes, and locks for a while after five wrong tries.
Every record has a name
Sales show who sold, stock movements who moved, payments who received. The cash-up keeps any difference with the cashier’s name.
Team chat
A chat for the whole team and one-to-one chats, with photos, on the phone and the web. A photo of the delivery note, a question about a price.
Phones on the account
Your plan sets how many phones can sell and sync at once. Setting a new password for someone signs out every phone that used the old one.
